Olga Space is a community space with a gallery run by bubahof, an open platform for art, socio-cultural activism and education.
We thematize the transformative potential of art, which we perceive as a possible tool for overcoming deep social crises.
We are currently looking for someone to take charge of our finances and fundraising. This is a key role that will enable us to operate sustainably, improve our services to the public, whilst providing fair rewards for all involved - something that is unfortunately not commonplace in the cultural sector.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who:
- has experience in accounting for non-profit organisations (or can quickly get to grips with it),
- has an overview of both grant calls and non-grant cultural fundraising and is not afraid to reach out to donors,
- understands how things work in a small cultural non-profit - sometimes it's a bit punk, but we do it with enthusiasm,
- is meticulous, independent and can organize his work well,
- is close to culture and art.
