Consent to the processing of personal data

Personal data processing policy in case of newsletter subscription.

You freely give your express consent to the administrator of Bubahof, z.s. to process your personal data (e-mail) for the purpose of sending news or information materials related to the activities of the association. Your data will be processed by the administrator for the period during which it operates the website and publishes the electronic newsletter to which you subscribe. The administrator will not pass on your personal data to other persons.

Your right is:

- withdraw consent at any time (by sending an email or by phone),

- request information about what personal data the controller processes,

- request an explanation regarding the processing of your personal data,

- request access to this data and have it updated or corrected,

- request rectification, erasure of personal data, restriction of processing and object to processing.

Within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
