Admission is voluntary. We look forward to.
My dear bird ● Konrad Kosycarz, 2024, 11 minutes
The story of an elderly man, who loves music and nature, who decided to teach his dog to sing.
Kravin ● Viola Jezkova, 2008, 10 minutes
You could say that in the beginning there was a cow. One of the Upanishadic texts says, "Worship speech like a cow. From its teats are fed the gods, men and ancestors." There is an old cowshed in Kunčice, a small world with its own rules. The cows in the rows humbly fulfill its purpose. But the old is being dismantled and the cows are being taken to a new cowshed that better suits the current efforts to build a more natural environment for them. He who has no chain goes, the cows go, the light increases...
A couple of fish ● Veronika Tůmová, 2024, 10 minutes
A room full of bubbling aquariums. Hundreds of fish separated only by glass from people. The film is a probe into the lives of a married couple of aquarists who have dedicated their lives to fish and to each other. Aquaristics as a job that never ends. In my film, I observe the workings of an aquarium exchange where fish are bought and sold, and reflect on how deep a relationship can be with both fish and another person.
Iron cow ● Barbora Aradská, 2023, 8 minutes
The film depicts the relationship between a farmer and his cattle. The protagonist is Milan Kazda, the mayor of the only energy self-sufficient municipality in the Czech Republic - Kněžice. The second character is his cow, which is constantly hungry and requires attention and care. Since she is a constant burden and a burden, she is figuratively an iron cow for the farmer.
Animot ● Juliana Moska, 2021, 18 minutes
Animot includes both human and animal. It leads us to a different perception of ourselves. It brings us closer, doubts and accepts. Is it possible to share the animal experience?
If I wanted to learn to fall ● Hana Slaninová, 2023, 7 minutes
I heard about a man who trains pigeons to fall to the ground. He lets them out of the cage, the pigeons circle high in the sky. Then the man gives the signal and the pigeons start to fall. I was terrified and fascinated by the idea at the same time. I don't understand how it's possible and I'd like to find out.
