We cordially invite you to a fermentation course with Magda from FERMENT. We will get acquainted with the theory, advantages, fermentation procedures and, of course, the necessary equipment and proven spices. The evening will not be without tasting fermented specialties - fermented *plevele*. You will find out that almost everything can be fermented!
During the practical part we will prepare vegetables for fermentation, which you will take home with you (0.7l jar).
