Daffodil Late Afternoon

Together, in a very loosely conceived panel discussion, we will try to let narcissism land softly among the participants, bathe it in the lukewarm water of the well in the light of the setting late October sun and put it to hibernation.

The guests will be PaedDr. Martina Richterová Těmínová and PhDr. Jiří Libra, two experienced experts who supervised the safe course of the meetings of the so-called Narcisparty, an experimental group of artists who, over the course of two years, looked at the topic of narcissism from all possible sides.

Takes place within the framework of the opening of the current exhibition of Jan Turner THE ART OF NARCISM, which is part of a year-long exhibition cycle Dr.Art.

PaedDr. Martina Richterová Těmínová graduated in special education at the Faculty of Physical Education, Charles University in Prague and is a medical worker - an addictologist. She received her psychotherapeutic training in dynamic psychotherapy, person-centred psychotherapy, analytical couple therapy and integrative supervision. She works at SANANIM z.ú. as a professional director, psychotherapist, and teaches at the 1st Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University, Department of Adictology. He has been training in SUR for 12 years. He believes that psychotherapy promotes personal changes, provides hope, leads to freedom and responsibility.

PhDr. Jiří Libra is a Czech clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, supervisor and addictologist. He studied psychology and works in the field of mental health care (hospitals, outpatient rehabilitation care, outpatient facilities). Since the 1990s, he has focused on psychotherapy, supervision and addictionology. He has worked in non-governmental organisations, for the last 20 years as a teacher at the University of Technology (1st Faculty of Medicine, Clinic of Adicology), supervisor of many mental health services in the Czech Republic, clinical psychologist/psychotherapist at the non-governmental health facility MD Cure Prague. He is a long-term member, lecturer and trainer of the training institute SUR, where he is engaged in training in psychodynamically oriented psychotherapy, since 2024 he is the chairman of the board of directors of the institute. His work combines clinical experience, community-based approach, depth-oriented psychotherapy with transactional analysis.
