Is it possible to observe nature in the city?
Surprisingly, yes, thanks to the animals' less vigilant attitude towards humans, sometimes even more easily. The city functions as a mosaic of many landscape types, so species that are otherwise found in rock cities or forests use it as an alternative refuge.
Let's go together to see the bird inhabitants of the city. We will meet at the tram stop Vinohradský hřbitov on Thursday, 7th October, at 16.30. The walk will be led by Jan Grünwald, a student at the Faculty of Science of Charles University, working on the biology of birds in cities.
