Našim cílem je založení nové tradice oslav, které spolu nyní vytváříme. Slavnostní oběd má být je pro nás symbolem pospolitosti v původním významu tohoto slova. Symbol, řecké sym-ballein – „dávat dohromady“, tehdy fungoval jako průkaz totožnosti. Člověk na hostině dostal část rozlomeného předmětu, a kdykoli se jím prokázal, byl i po letech vítán jako starý známý.
