\nSpace Olga\n<\/h1>

The Olga space is a community space with galleries<\/a> and a front garden. Adjacent to the Franti\u0161ek Such\u00fd Park<\/a> in Stra\u0161nice, Prague and you can find it at Nad Primaskou 821\/1<\/a>. Since 2021, the Olga Space has been open to the public. In addition to regular exhibitions, it offers an inspiring and organically vibrant space for meetings, creative and educational activities, talks and the circular economy.<\/p>

In 2024, the gallery invites you to an exhibition cycle THE HERITAGE OF COLLECTIVES: ADAPTATION AND TRANSFORMATION<\/a>. It loosely followed the cycles of the previous years (2023 - PARENT<\/a>, 2022 - DAUGHTERS SONS MOTHERS FATHERS<\/a>) and expanded it to include another dimension of social ties, relationships and forms, where cooperation and collectivity are seen as necessary aspects of sustainability and survival. For the year 2025, she has prepared an exhibition series DR ART.<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>

We named the space after the wife of Franti\u0161ek Such\u00fd Sr., the former director of the Stra\u0161nice crematorium, known for his resistance against Nazi and later communist totalitarianism. Mrs. Olga, like her husband and son Franti\u0161ek Such\u00fd Jr., was persecuted and imprisoned in the past. And it is with reference to her that we want to use the site to commemorate the importance of care and background, in something as important as the great deeds of heroes.<\/p>

Since 2019, we also take care of the adjacent Franti\u0161ek Such\u00fd Park<\/a> and together with our neighbours, local associations and the support of the Prague 10 municipality we are creating new local traditions to make the park a safe meeting place for the local community. Olga has naturally become a backdrop for activities in the park.<\/p>
