\nCommunity Supported Agriculture\n<\/h1>

In 2021, we established a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) buying group at Olga Space. This is a model of direct collaboration between farmers\/producers and consumers that lasts throughout the season. Farmers then supply their own fresh and seasonal produce to the shareholders under set conditions. The KPZ model thus allows financing of e.g. seed and seedlings and gives producers security of supply. At the same time, a close relationship is built between those involved and the shareholder also takes on some of the risk of crop failure.<\/p>

By getting involved in community supported agriculture, you not only get local food grown without chemical sprays and fertilizers, but also the opportunity to participate in improving the landscape, the land and the relationship between farmers and consumers.<\/p>

Thanks to a local food initiative, vegetables and eggs from the Rabbit's Organic Greens<\/a>, from autumn to spring cider from Valcea and citrus and other products in organic quality from farmers from Greece KoinoBio<\/a> cooperatives thanks to the cooperation with the project Taste dispensary<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

Vegetable KPZka - Rabbit's Organic Vegetables<\/h5>

Vojt\u011bch Kr\u00e1l\u00ed\u010dek from Nov\u00fd Byd\u017eov brings us vegetables from mid-May to December. The deliveries take place once every 14 days and the share for the members of the group is 4-8 kg of vegetables (spring shares are smaller, the composition is mainly salads, herbs, etc.). The actual delivery, which always takes place on Wednesdays in the early evening, is arranged by the members themselves. At the same time, at least once during the season we go on a weekend trip directly to the farm, where there is enough time to get acquainted with the farm, Vojta and Zuzka and people from other KPZ subscription groups from Prague.<\/p>

The price of one haul is CZK 500, 16 hauls will take place over the whole season, so the total price for membership in the vegetable KPZkce for 2025 is CZK 8,000. It is paid in two instalments in February\/March and June\/July.<\/p>
