We cordially invite you to another meeting with Magda from the project FERMENT. This time, we will focus on the production of oxidized tea from the leaves and flowers of plants that commonly grow in our conditions. The process of oxidizing leaves and herbs for tea consists of several stages. Each stage is important and cannot be omitted. At the meeting we will demonstrate the process of making tea by oxidation, we will go through everything necessary for harvesting, drying and twisting. There will be practical advice and tastings.
WHAT WILL YOU BE ABLE TO TASTE?
Oxidation of the leaves and flowers allows the full flavour, aroma and colour to be extracted. We can see this when tasting floral teas (apple, maple, lilac, clover, etc.) and teas made from leaves (rose hips, rose hips, walnut, ash, etc.).
