Diary of the pregnant period

We invite you to the screening of the documentary film with an introduction by the author Vit Janecek.

"The Diary of a Pregnant Time was made on 16mm colour as a school film at FAMU in the late 1990s, when the chaotic and creative openness of the previous period was ending, when many things of the already sown future were still hidden in the rush of events, but the change of time, in which the described will end and everything will be different, while many things from the previous one will pass into the new one, was already at the door. I made a conscious decision to grasp this state in a non-analytical and non-rational way, to combine the visual motifs of something beneath the surface with images of those who will be affected. I haven't seen the film since, so I guess I can't say more." Vít Janeček
